Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

 

We ship to 48 contiguous United States via FedEx Ground,  USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO. Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Holiday seasons may require additional time.Estimated delivery times 1-7 business days.

Sorry, but we do not accept international orders at the moment.

 Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days.

 

 Delivery tracking

It may take up to 2 business days to receive your tracking number. You will receive your shipping confirmation via email after your tracking number becomes available. Please note that your tracking number may take a few additional days to appear in the system. 

 

 Changes, cancellations and non-deliverable orders

In order to provide excellent service and fast order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately, we will attempt to assist you in correcting the error. But after the order has left the pending queue, orders must be returned as per our return policy.

If your order is returned to us as non-deliverable or refused, a refund  is issued less return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

We do not accept damaged merchandise. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise. Please pack your return shipment well. Merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is not refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Promotional items or free gifts can not be returned.

Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not issued on slight color variations.

 

 

 Damage or shortage claims

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you received the product in the following conditions:

- significantly different than described.

- was damaged before or during shipping.

- is missing major parts that were mentioned in the product listing,

 it must be reported within 15 days of delivery. 

Claims must be submitted in writing form and must include the photo of the item at the email provided above. 

Once approved, full refund/exchange will be issued.

 

 How to return orders

 Please contact us at sales@cozyhomeboutique.com including your order number. We will contact you back with authorization number (RA#). Packages without RA# will not be accepted.

 

 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

 Shipping costs


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 You should consider using a trackable shipping service for a proof of shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
